purchaser that (1) the mechanical
components of a Gorilla ATV winch
will be free of defects in material
and workmanship for the lifetime of
the winch and (2) the electrical
components will be free of defects
in material and workmanship for a
period of one and a half (1.5) years from the
original purchase date. This
guarantee does not cover the cable
or exterior finish of the winch.
The
guarantee applies only to the
original purchaser of the winch. To
obtain service under this guarantee,
you must provide Gorilla with
purchase information including date
and purchaser name and address and
pay for shipping from Gorilla for
the replacement part.
The
guarantee does not cover the cost of
labor or transportation charges in
the replacement or installation of
defective parts. The warranty does
not apply to those products or parts
of products that have been altered
from their original configuration.
Warranty does not apply to those
products that have been misused or
improperly installed.
Gorilla shall not be responsible or
liable for any indirect or
consequential damages. These
consequential damages may include,
but are not limited to, lost profits
or loss of use and down time.
Gorilla reserves the right to change
the Product design without notice.
